Do you ship to _______? How much does it cost to ship to me?

A: We currently ship to all 50 US states. The quickest way to determine shipping costs and availability is to enter your shipping location at the checkout screen; costs will automatically be calculated.

When will my Puff Pack order arrive?

A: Depending on your location, delivery can be expected within 7-10 days.  We tried shipping via hot air balloon, but they all got too high. If it has been longer than the allotted times, please email or call support (check out our contact form).  

How can I track my package?

A: You will be sent the tracking number via email when it has shipped. Currently, all packages can be tracked except Economists.

What does the packaging look like?

A: Discretion is our main concern at Puff Pack, so we ship all of our packages in recycled brown packaging. We have a few examples of our packaging on our Instagram and other various social media pages- feel free to take a look if this is a concern.

My glass arrived broken?

A: In the rare case your glass arrives damaged, you will need to fill out this form within 3 days of delivery. Once we receive the photo we will send you a new one. The piece must be in unused condition.

Missing Items?

A: In the rare case you didn't receive all of your items, you will need to fill out this form within 3 days of delivery. Once we receive the photo we will send you the missing items.

How can I change my subscription?

A: Log into your account. Click the orange Manage Subscription button. Click the drop-down menu on the right labeled Manage. From here you may swap your existing subscription, add products, or subtract products! If you need help or have questions in regards to managing your account, please email or call support.

How do I cancel my subscription?

A: Log into your account. Click the orange Manage Subscription button. Click the drop-down menu on the right labeled Manage. At the bottom of the list click Cancel Subscription. If you are having any trouble email or call support.

When will my Puff Pack ship?

A: All orders are shipped out within 1-3 business days depending on current order volume. Your Puff Pack will be sent to you around the same day each consecutive month. If you'd like to change the date on which your Puff Pack bills/ ships, do the following:
Log into your account. Click the orange Manage Subscription button. Click the drop-down menu on the right labeled Manage. From here you may change your upcoming order dates! If you need help or have questions in regards to managing your account, please reach email or call us.

Missing Package?

A: If you have not received your package you will need to do a couple of things. Check with neighbors, office management (if you live in a complex), call USPS to see if they may have hid it somewhere. If on the rare occasion you still cannot find it you will need to call USPS to file a claim with them (you will need your tracking number). Once you receive a claim number you can contact customer service with that claim number.
